Daily Reflection on the Mass Readings

Jesus said, “Come to me, all you that are weary and are carrying heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”

Reflection

1. How would I respond to Jesus’ invitation to come to him not to give up all my heavy burdens, but to exchange them with his yoke?

2. How would I learn from Jesus? From his actions or from his heart?
