Arrangements of typhoon and rainstorm warnings of the Centre
1. No.1 typhoon signal or amber rainstorm warning - when the Observatory has hoisted no.1 typhoon signal or issued amber rainstorm warning, the Centre will operate as usual.
1. No.1 typhoon signal or amber rainstorm warning - when the Observatory has hoisted no.1 typhoon signal or issued amber rainstorm warning, the Centre will operate as usual.
2. No.3 typhoon signal or red rainstorm warning - when the Observatory has hoisted no.3 typhoon signal or issued red rainstorm warning, the Centre will operate as usual.
3. No.8 typhoon signal or black rainstorm warning - when the Observatory has hoisted no.8 or higher or issued black rainstorm warning, the Centre will close.
4. The warning is lowered - when the warning is lowered 3 hours before the normal operating hours of the Centre, the Centre will resume operation as normal.
